Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Last Updated: November 29, 2025

Welcome to Vibe Jam

Hey there! Thanks for checking out Vibe Jam. These terms help us keep things clear and fair for everyone in our creative community. By joining our workshops, using our website, or interacting with our services, you're agreeing to play by these rules. We've tried to keep the legalese to a minimum, but we've got to cover the important stuff.

If you have questions about anything here, feel free to reach out. We're here to help you create amazing things, not confuse you with fine print.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Vibe Jam website, joining our workshops, or interacting with our community in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, that's totally fine—but please don't use our services.

We might update these terms from time to time (we'll let you know when we do). Your continued use of our services after any changes means you're cool with the updated terms.

2. What We Do

2.1 Our Services

Vibe Jam is a creative workshop community where you learn to create with AI tools. We offer weekly interactive workshops, educational content, community spaces, and guidance on using AI for creative expression. Think images, music, videos, websites, and whatever else sparks your creativity.

2.2 Educational Nature

Our workshops and content are educational. We're here to teach, inspire, and support your creative journey. We're not providing professional services, guarantees about outcomes, or promises about what you'll create. Every creator's journey is unique, and your results will depend on your effort, creativity, and how you apply what you learn.

2.3 Community Guidelines

We're building a positive, supportive community. When you join, you're agreeing to:

  • Be respectful and kind to other members
  • Share your work and celebrate others' creations
  • Use AI tools responsibly and ethically
  • Respect intellectual property rights (yours and others')
  • Keep things constructive and helpful

3. Content & Information

3.1 Educational Content

All content on our website and in our workshops—including tutorials, examples, tips, and resources—is provided for educational purposes. This stuff is meant to inspire and guide you, but it's not tailored to your specific project or situation. You're the creative director of your own work.

3.2 No Guarantees

We can't guarantee specific outcomes from our workshops or content. What you create is up to you. Past workshop results and member projects shown on our site reflect individual effort and creativity—they're examples, not promises about what you'll achieve.

3.3 Accuracy & Updates

We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but AI tools change fast. What worked yesterday might work differently today. We're not responsible if information becomes outdated or if tools change their features or pricing.

3.4 Third-Party Tools

We teach and demonstrate various AI tools and services. We're not affiliated with or responsible for these third-party tools. Their terms, pricing, and availability are their own. Always check their terms before using any tool.

4. How You Can Use Our Content

4.1 Personal Use

You're welcome to use our website and workshop content for your own learning and creative projects. Feel free to take notes, reference our tutorials, and apply what you learn. However, you can't:

  • Copy or redistribute our content as your own
  • Resell or repackage our workshops or materials
  • Use our content to create competing services
  • Scrape or automate access to our website
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices
  • Reverse engineer our website or systems

4.2 What You Create

The stuff you create using what you learn here? That's yours. We don't claim ownership of your creative work. You own it, you can share it, you can sell it—whatever floats your creative boat. Just make sure you're respecting others' rights and using AI tools responsibly.

5. What Not to Do

Keep it cool, okay? Don't:

  • Use our services for anything illegal or sketchy
  • Try to hack, break, or mess with our website or systems
  • Spread viruses, malware, or other harmful stuff
  • Spam other members or us
  • Harass, bully, or be mean to anyone in our community
  • Impersonate us, other members, or anyone else
  • Steal or misuse other people's intellectual property
  • Share false information or try to scam anyone
  • Use AI tools to create harmful, illegal, or unethical content
  • Try to resell or redistribute our workshop content

Basically, be a good human. If you're not sure if something's okay, just ask. We're pretty reasonable people.

6. No Guarantees

We provide our website and workshops "as is." We're doing our best to give you great content and experiences, but we can't promise:

  • That everything will work perfectly all the time (websites have hiccups)
  • That our content will always be 100% accurate or up-to-date
  • That you'll achieve specific creative outcomes
  • That third-party AI tools will always work as expected
  • That our website will never have downtime or technical issues
  • That you'll love every workshop or piece of content

We're real people running a real service. Sometimes things break, sometimes tools change, sometimes we make mistakes. We'll fix what we can, but we can't guarantee perfection.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're here to help you create cool stuff, not to be responsible for everything that could possibly go wrong. To the extent allowed by law:

  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We're not responsible for lost profits, data, or opportunities
  • We're not liable for issues with third-party AI tools or services
  • We're not responsible for how you use what you learn here
  • We're not liable for website downtime or technical issues
  • We're not responsible for content created by AI tools you use

If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to help, but our total liability is limited to what you paid us (which might be $0 if you're on a free plan). This is an educational service, not a professional guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

The Vibe Jam website, workshop materials, tutorials, and all our original content belong to us. You can use it for learning and personal projects, but don't copy it, resell it, or claim it as yours. That's not cool.

8.2 Your Creations

What you create using what you learn here? That's yours. We don't own your creative work. Share it, sell it, do whatever you want with it—just make sure you're respecting copyrights, trademarks, and other people's rights when you do.

8.3 Our Brand

"Vibe Jam" and our logos are our trademarks. Feel free to mention us if you're sharing work you made in our workshops (we'd love that!), but don't use our name or logos in ways that suggest we endorse or are affiliated with your projects unless we've agreed to that.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

We talk about and demonstrate lots of AI tools and services in our workshops. We're not affiliated with these companies, and we don't control their services, pricing, or terms.

When you use third-party tools or services:

  • You're using them at your own risk
  • Their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours
  • We're not responsible if they change, break, or cost money
  • We're not liable for anything that happens with those services

Always check the terms and privacy policies of any tool or service before you use it. We're just showing you what's out there—you decide what to use.

10. Privacy & Communication

10.1 Online Communication

When you communicate with us online—through email, our website, or workshop platforms—remember that internet communication isn't always perfectly secure. Don't share super sensitive personal information unless you're comfortable with the risks.

10.2 Community Sharing

In our workshops and community spaces, you might share your work, ideas, or questions. That's awesome! Just know that what you share in public spaces is, well, public. Don't share anything you want to keep completely private. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

11. You're Responsible for Your Stuff

You're responsible for how you use our services and what you create. If you break these terms, violate laws, or infringe on someone's rights, you're on the hook for that—not us. This includes:

  • Content you create or share using what you learn here
  • Violations of intellectual property rights (yours or others')
  • Breaking laws or regulations
  • Any harm caused by your use of AI tools or services
  • Anything you share in our community spaces

Basically: use your judgment, respect others' rights, and don't do anything illegal or harmful. If you do, that's on you.

12. If We Have a Dispute

12.1 Let's Talk First

If something's not working or you're unhappy with something, reach out to us first. We're reasonable people and would rather work things out than fight about them. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.

12.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Florida law (where we're based). If we can't work things out and it comes to legal stuff, any disputes will be handled in Florida courts.

12.3 Time Limits

If you have a claim against us, you need to bring it within one year of when it happened. After that, it's too late.

13. If Part of This Doesn't Work

If a court says part of these terms is invalid, that part gets removed and the rest stays in effect. We'll still have an agreement, just without that one part.

14. This Is Our Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Vibe Jam. If we said something different somewhere else, these terms win.

15. We Might Update These

We might update these terms from time to time as our service evolves. When we do, we'll post the updated version here. If you keep using our services after we update them, that means you're cool with the changes. We'll try to let you know about big changes, but it's a good idea to check back here occasionally.

16. Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel your membership anytime. We can also end your access if you violate these terms or do something that harms our community. If we have to terminate your access, we'll try to give you a heads up first (unless you're doing something really bad).

17. What Stays After We Part Ways

Even if you cancel or we terminate your access, some things stick around: our intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and the parts about how disputes get resolved. The important stuff that protects both of us.
