Hey there! Thanks for checking out Vibe Jam. These terms help us keep things clear and fair for everyone in our creative community. By joining our workshops, using our website, or interacting with our services, you're agreeing to play by these rules. We've tried to keep the legalese to a minimum, but we've got to cover the important stuff.
If you have questions about anything here, feel free to reach out. We're here to help you create amazing things, not confuse you with fine print.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Vibe Jam website, joining our workshops, or interacting with our community in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, that's totally fine—but please don't use our services.
We might update these terms from time to time (we'll let you know when we do). Your continued use of our services after any changes means you're cool with the updated terms.
Vibe Jam is a creative workshop community where you learn to create with AI tools. We offer weekly interactive workshops, educational content, community spaces, and guidance on using AI for creative expression. Think images, music, videos, websites, and whatever else sparks your creativity.
Our workshops and content are educational. We're here to teach, inspire, and support your creative journey. We're not providing professional services, guarantees about outcomes, or promises about what you'll create. Every creator's journey is unique, and your results will depend on your effort, creativity, and how you apply what you learn.
We're building a positive, supportive community. When you join, you're agreeing to:
All content on our website and in our workshops—including tutorials, examples, tips, and resources—is provided for educational purposes. This stuff is meant to inspire and guide you, but it's not tailored to your specific project or situation. You're the creative director of your own work.
We can't guarantee specific outcomes from our workshops or content. What you create is up to you. Past workshop results and member projects shown on our site reflect individual effort and creativity—they're examples, not promises about what you'll achieve.
We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but AI tools change fast. What worked yesterday might work differently today. We're not responsible if information becomes outdated or if tools change their features or pricing.
We teach and demonstrate various AI tools and services. We're not affiliated with or responsible for these third-party tools. Their terms, pricing, and availability are their own. Always check their terms before using any tool.
You're welcome to use our website and workshop content for your own learning and creative projects. Feel free to take notes, reference our tutorials, and apply what you learn. However, you can't:
The stuff you create using what you learn here? That's yours. We don't claim ownership of your creative work. You own it, you can share it, you can sell it—whatever floats your creative boat. Just make sure you're respecting others' rights and using AI tools responsibly.
Keep it cool, okay? Don't:
Basically, be a good human. If you're not sure if something's okay, just ask. We're pretty reasonable people.
We provide our website and workshops "as is." We're doing our best to give you great content and experiences, but we can't promise:
We're real people running a real service. Sometimes things break, sometimes tools change, sometimes we make mistakes. We'll fix what we can, but we can't guarantee perfection.
We're here to help you create cool stuff, not to be responsible for everything that could possibly go wrong. To the extent allowed by law:
If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to help, but our total liability is limited to what you paid us (which might be $0 if you're on a free plan). This is an educational service, not a professional guarantee.
The Vibe Jam website, workshop materials, tutorials, and all our original content belong to us. You can use it for learning and personal projects, but don't copy it, resell it, or claim it as yours. That's not cool.
What you create using what you learn here? That's yours. We don't own your creative work. Share it, sell it, do whatever you want with it—just make sure you're respecting copyrights, trademarks, and other people's rights when you do.
"Vibe Jam" and our logos are our trademarks. Feel free to mention us if you're sharing work you made in our workshops (we'd love that!), but don't use our name or logos in ways that suggest we endorse or are affiliated with your projects unless we've agreed to that.
We talk about and demonstrate lots of AI tools and services in our workshops. We're not affiliated with these companies, and we don't control their services, pricing, or terms.
When you use third-party tools or services:
Always check the terms and privacy policies of any tool or service before you use it. We're just showing you what's out there—you decide what to use.
When you communicate with us online—through email, our website, or workshop platforms—remember that internet communication isn't always perfectly secure. Don't share super sensitive personal information unless you're comfortable with the risks.
In our workshops and community spaces, you might share your work, ideas, or questions. That's awesome! Just know that what you share in public spaces is, well, public. Don't share anything you want to keep completely private. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.
You're responsible for how you use our services and what you create. If you break these terms, violate laws, or infringe on someone's rights, you're on the hook for that—not us. This includes:
Basically: use your judgment, respect others' rights, and don't do anything illegal or harmful. If you do, that's on you.
If something's not working or you're unhappy with something, reach out to us first. We're reasonable people and would rather work things out than fight about them. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
These terms are governed by Florida law (where we're based). If we can't work things out and it comes to legal stuff, any disputes will be handled in Florida courts.
If you have a claim against us, you need to bring it within one year of when it happened. After that, it's too late.
If a court says part of these terms is invalid, that part gets removed and the rest stays in effect. We'll still have an agreement, just without that one part.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Vibe Jam. If we said something different somewhere else, these terms win.
We might update these terms from time to time as our service evolves. When we do, we'll post the updated version here. If you keep using our services after we update them, that means you're cool with the changes. We'll try to let you know about big changes, but it's a good idea to check back here occasionally.
You can cancel your membership anytime. We can also end your access if you violate these terms or do something that harms our community. If we have to terminate your access, we'll try to give you a heads up first (unless you're doing something really bad).
Even if you cancel or we terminate your access, some things stick around: our intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and the parts about how disputes get resolved. The important stuff that protects both of us.
Questions? Concerns? Just want to say hi? We'd love to hear from you:
By using Vibe Jam, you're saying you've read these terms, you understand them, and you agree to follow them. We're excited to have you in our creative community. Let's make some cool stuff together!
